Sunlight is a venture backed company that is providing "learning as a benefit" to employees in the UK, Europe, Australia, Singapore, Costa Rica & the US. Juan has been coding since 15 when he worked for his uncle’s consulting firm. He started working with Perl back when PHP 3 was a novelty (and a relief). He worked his way into Ruby on Rails and got through college building all sorts of websites for 3rd parties. He went on to become a developer and project manager at Barcelona's PIC, creating graphic monitoring software that served scientific laboratories such as CERN.
