This may come as a surprise to you, but…churches don’t always “get it right”! Often we try things that don’t produce the results we were hoping for. Sometimes we try things and discover that they produced the opposite of what we were hoping for. Life can feel overwhelming… Uncertainty, chaos, and pressure from every side. That’s why Paul’s reminder to the church in 2nd Thessalonians is just as important for us as it was for them! We are not just drifting through history, we’re moving toward a promised day - The Return of Jesus Christ! That day will bring justice, relief, and joy to God’s people, and it’s closer than we think.
