God's dwelling place is within God's people. When God dwells within us we know who we are. When God dwells within us we know how we are to live. When God dwells within us we have a friend who will be with us in any situation.

Don't let your anger fester and grow. Get rid of it. Get rid of your temptation. The best way to let go of hurtful, negative emotions is to turn to God.

If you have experienced the power of God in your life, you don't have to hide behind pretty language. Communication is difficult. Communicating the Gospel is our primary responsibility as Christians.

Good uses the church to do God's work in the world. Some still think it is foolishness to think God is going to do anything significant with the church. Some of these poeple are in the church. If the church is the means that God uses to influence the world, then each of us has a part to play.

Some think Jesus healed in the New Testament but doesn't heal today. What would it have been like in Jesus' day when Medicine was so primitive? There is evidence that Jesus still heals people today. What about those who believe in Christ whose bodies are not healed? Some experience healing and have no explanation except the power of prayer.

Have you ever been in a slimy pit? The best thing to do when in a slimy pit is to call out to God. God is a God who rescues people from Slimy pits.

When was it that you first realized the Majesty of God? When was it that you first realized your own inadequacy to deal with life's issues? When was it that you first realized that you are God's own child?

Unless you relaize what God has done for you, you can never by all that God called you to be. Christ died for us that we might live for him. We have been adopted that we might grow into the likeness of Christ.

Until Christ Comes Again, what must we do? We must trust God. We must take care of those we love. We must remember the world to whom Christ came and for which he died.

We celebrate Christmas becuase God came to dwell with us. That means that God cares enough for us that God invades the chaos of our lives. Our resonse to God coming into the world is to take the love of Christ to everyone we meet.

Music gives the opportunity to express our joy and thanksgiving. Music draws us closer together as the family of Christ. Music speaks to us of God.

War is a terrible thing. When Messiah comes war will be no more. Until that day, we must do all we can to bring peace to our world.

Isaiah 2:1-5

Beware of focusing on the material blessings in your life. Relationships are the main things that matter--with God and others. Our addiction to material goods make us less grateful than if we had little.

All of us are susceptible to peer pressure. Christ and culture are not often in agreement. In any conflict between Christ and the crowd, we need to choose Christ.

Saints are ordinary Christians whose lives reflect the life of Christ. We remember those ordinary Christians who had extraordinary commitment. We build on their foundation. We also must be ordinary people of extraordinary commitment.

I can Do anything Through Christ who strenghtens me

God blesses me when I work for peace in my heart. God blesses me when I work for peace in my relationships. God blesses me when I work for peace with my enemies.

It's not easy to change one's heart. It is only through Christ's power that we can change.

Be patient with the peculiar. Forgive those who have fallen. Help those who are hurting. Do good to your enemies. Why? Because God has been merciful to me. Because I am going to need mercy in the future. Because it makes me happy.
