Gloves Off With Producer Kyle Podcast

Nascar driver Ricky Stenhouse Jr. of the No. 17 Fastenal/Fifth Third Bank/Sunny D Ford Mustang for Roush Fenway Racing stopped by for a few minutes with Producer Kyle on Gloves Off ahead of Bristol to talk about the Brickyard 400's new date next year, dirt track racing, Eli Manning and the Giants, his racing dream, country music, running American Ninja Warrior course and how he enjoys the sport of CrossFit.

Kip Moore is playing at the Slipper Noodle downtown Indianapolis tonight for part of the Bud Light Dive Bar Tour and here is a little throwback Tuesday when Kip Moore was in Indy at the ONC for the Plead the Fifth Tour and Producer Kyle had a chance to talk with Kip about his career, Houston Astros, how he moved to Hawaii and lived in a hut and of course the big hit song, Beer Money.  

That's right folks, one of the greatest sports stories you will ever hear and he lives right here in Indiana.  His name, Ray Seales, AKA The Sugar Man and he went Gloves Off with Producer Kyle. Ray Seales won the 1972 gold medal at the Olympics in Munich, Germany, and he hasn't taken it out of his pocket since, literally.  He remembers the Munich massacre.  Ray went blind from boxing.  Most recently, he's had his 8th eye surgery and it is a miracle because he kept his faith.   I picked up Mr. Ray Seales last Friday night, we went downtown to have some grub and then hit the studio for an hour to chat about boxing and life.  It was truly an honor.   This interview was done in-studio February 2nd, 2019.

Former UFC Lightweight Champion Frankie Edgar caught up with Producer Kyle about his big cage fight this weekend in UFC 240 against Featherweight Champion Max Holloway!  Kyle asked Frankie about why Max should be worried, Max's length, training camp, his high school wrestling days and the best lesson he learned from a loss.  

Kurt Busch, Driver of the No. 1 Chevrolet Camaro ZL1 for Chip Ganassi Racing hollered at Producer Kyle this week about his big win at Kentucky Speedway over his brother Kyle Busch in OT, if it was his best burnout ever, difference in racing for Ganassi, a look back at May of 2014 when he raced in the Indy 500 and Coca Cola 600 and what he is looking forward to with next year's new date of the Brickyard 400.
