Foyt Racing chatted it up with Producer Kyle on Gloves Off today about this weekend's double road course races at IMS for the Harvest GP, his oh $%^ rookie moment at IMS, racing for two legendary teams, looking back on his first 500, how he meets with his team to watch the film of the race and crash, how PitFit Training in Indianapolis has really helped him become a better driver, why he loves living in Indy, if he'd rather win the 500 or IndyCar series if he could only win one and much more!   With an Engineering Physics degree from Queens University, Dalton is also working with InterNational STEM League and the iNSL iRacing Student Innovation Challenge, the STEM education/charitable initiative, a partnership between Ten80 and iRacing, to promote engineering in schools across the United States. I hit record a few minutes too late.  We just let the tape roll.  Former Pacers Center David Harrison sat down with Producer Kyle for a conversation about pretty much everything.  A deep look into Malice at the Palace, the locker room before and after, Reggie Miller's insane work ethic and cardio, Ron Artest picking him up at 6am for practice, Stephen Jackson, Shaq, Len Bias, Lance Armstrong, Women's UFC fighting, weed, weed stocks, Lance Armstrong, performance enhancing drugs, math, writing and even what he told David Stern about drug testing for marijuana.  

Malcolm Jones and Frank Martin.  Two guys with a combined 10 Golden Glove jackets as amateurs plus Frank Martin won National Golden Gloves in 2016 and there hasn't been a national GG champ from Indiana since 1993.  Malcolm is 15-1 and Frank is 10-0 as pro boxers.  The opportunity and stakes are about to be bigger here in another week.  You know Producer Kyle loves the sport of Boxing and MMA, used to compete in Golden Gloves and still spars from time to time.  PK had a chance to spar/workout and interview Malcolm and Frank as they get ready for Showtime Boxing in Las Vegas on Mayweather Promotions.  Friday February 28th, Sam's Town Casino in Las Vegas, Showtime Boxing, Mayweather Promotions.  Catch me in front of my TV next Friday night.

Former Colts stud Marlin Jackson took a trip down memory lane with Producer Kyle about beating the Patriots in the AFC Championship game, intercepting Tom Brady, what the mood was like at halftime and how that day will live on forever.  Marlin Jackson also commented on the importance of Coach Tony Dungy, Coach Lloyd Carr and how he and his Fight For Life Foundation along with Revive Property Group are trying to build back Indianapolis neighborhoods.

Wow!  Pretty RAD that Derrick Lewis joined my podcast ahead of UFC 244 this Saturday at Madison Square Garden!  Masvidal vs Diaz and Lewis takes on Ivanov.  Lewis talked about his famous post-fight interview with Joe Rogan and how much it helped his bank account and life, what it meant to knock out Alexander Volkov, what he told his coaches before the fight about Drago from Rocky IV, time in prison, why he is taking his training more serious now, if he worries about head injuries, what his wife thinks of the sport and if they would let their kids play contact sports.  Then I asked Derrick the hard hitting questions, such as Cash Money Millionaires or No Limit Records and other various music questions.  

Country Rapper Colt Ford hits the stage tonight at 8 Seconds Saloon and had a chance to catch up with Producer Kyle before tonight's show!  Kyle and Colt talked writing Dirt Road Anthem with Brantley Gilbert, new single Slow Ride with Mitchell Tenpenny, Country Radio, playing golf at Georgia and in the pros and why the most important part is talking to his fans!  Producer Kyle will be at 8 Seconds tonight doing stage announcements and introducing Colt Ford for Hank FM's Bud Light Hank It Up Concert Series with Cowpokes!

Producer Kyle and former UFC and current Bellator fighter, Matt Mitrione, had a fighting centric show called The Beatdown on 1070 The Fan and they filled in for Dan Dakich one day and had the great Tito Ortiz as a guest prior to his fight against Chael Sonnen in Bellator back in 2016.  Throwback before tonight's 30 For 30 on Chuck Liddel and Tito Ortiz.

Big fan of Mitchell Tenpenny and it was pretty cool to catch up with him today ahead of his show tomorrow at the Indianapolis Motor Speedway for FGL Fest.  I asked Mitchell about his new single Anything She Says, his radio hits Drunk Me and Alcohol You Later, Colt Ford featuring him on Slow Ride, growing up in Nashville, if music was the dream, what truck he drove in high school, drink of choice on stage, Two for Tuesdays tab and much more.  Oh, and you'll never believe what kind of music he listens to at the gym.
