I have a couple of friends who are going to get married. I've been thinking about songs that would be nice for them to hear/play and also about songs that would be wrong. I never did anything about it. Finally, I sat down at my computer and opened up iTunes. I typed in "married" and selected some songs. I did the same for "girl" and "boy. Then for "marriage" and "love". Next for "sex" and "cock" and "pussy" and "suck" and "eat" and "lick"! I also started selecting songs I just happened to notice in my library for random reasons. I bought this album early in 1982, when I was going to grad school at Caltech in Pasadena. The reverberations are still felt 25 years later! This album more than any other got me hooked on ska. I saw them 3 times back in the day. The most memorable was when they opened for The Clash at the Hollywood Palladium. Ranking Full Stop has meant so much to me. What a song.
