Responsible for making Kevin Pillar super fast. His style of training was unorthodox as it derived from Soviet methods - All speed training hyper specific to the sport. He trained NBA, NHL, NFL, Ice skaters & world class tennis players. Now he focuses on running a batting cage franchise (Hitting zone) & his sons young travel teams. He also trains local kids in Westlake Village. He played for the Astros organization- His specialty is hitting strategy & sprinting. This is a multi mini part series. Enjoy

We go in on elevated standards when training in elite environments & how that could trick you into thinking those standards are your own - But once you leave you inevitably drop back down to your own fucked standards- So how do we elevate our personal standards & self respect so that training/playing in elite environments is a supercharge not the only motivator - Independence is critical in a “What have you done for me lately” world we live/play in.
